Dispute details:

Sprint Zeal fails to fulfil payment obligations despite 5-star rating, frozen bank account blamed.

Based on my personal experience, I feel it is important to warn anyone who is thinking about working with Sprintzeal. Recently, I provided classroom training services on PMP Exam preparation for one of their clients, at Regus coworking office, Old Street, in London from February 20th to 23rd, 2023. The training went smoothly, and I received positive feedback from the client, who gave me a glowing 5-star rating at the Trustpilot website. However, despite fulfilling all of my obligations, I have not received payment for my services from Sprintzeal.

I raised the invoice as agreed upon on 23-Feb-23, but as of today, 30-Mar-23, I still haven't received payment. I tried to follow up with the company representative on March 15th, 2023, but I didn't get any response from them. However, on March 16th, 2023, I was informed that the company's bank account was frozen, and they were working to resolve the issue. Nevertheless, this delay doesn't justify their failure to meet their payment obligations.

When the issue persisted, I escalated the matter to the company CEO on March 17th, 2023, and shared the invoice with them as requested. Unfortunately, despite the assurance that they would look into the matter, I haven't received any further response from them. I have sent several follow-up emails to both the CEO and the company representative, but I still haven't received any response. To make matters worse, the representative who booked me as a trainer called me on 20-Mar-23 and threatened that if I didn't delete my review about this experience posted on the Trustpilot website, my payment would be further delayed.

The lack of communication and disregard for payment obligations from Sprintzeal is unprofessional and unacceptable. I urge the company to take this matter seriously and settle the outstanding invoice as soon as possible. In addition to the above, I have also raised a credit note upon the passing of the invoice due date, but there has been complete silence from Sprintzeal's side. It is crucial that companies honor their agreements and respect their partners and service providers. I have left a review on Trustpilot to warn others about my experience with Sprintzeal, and I urge the company to take this matter seriously and settle the outstanding invoice as soon as possible
