Dispute details:

The Harlem Times Does Not Pay Debts

The organization contracted to obtain guidance for strategic planning and tactical operations infrastructure improvement with IT consulting services. These services included providing guidance for human resource costing, project planning, assessment of current IT infrastructure and assistance to launch an application for mobile devices for the newspaper/magazine. The company markets itself as a Public Relations and newspaper/magazine online. The owner exhibited numerous issues with paying for invoices with several LLC's it does business with as a trend. The Theological Corner site they own and operate is a ruse to attract funding from churches and youth. The owner is engaged in attempting to acquire funding from Chase Bank boasting of meeting with the CEO/Chairman, Mr. Diamond. After engaging with the organization, we learned the app development company had not been paid for development for more than a year and multiple other LLC's working with them were not paid or their services/products diminished in value continuously so The Harlem Times would try to renegotiate any debts owed as a trend to get out of payments that were agreed upon. The owner is operating the organization out of Florida, not New Jersey or New York. The owner does not complete his assigned tasks in a timely manner impacting deliverables. And The Harlem Times owner, has a history of not paying the bills and trying to diminish services or products delivered to him and the organization.
