GTFO MOVING CO, LLC

We paid Google & Facebook ads on their behalf as mutually agreed upon and then we invoiced them at the end of the month. They paid their first invoice but failed to pay the 2nd and the 3rd. They kept promising payment every week via text messages. So, we kept paying for their ads for another month. We trusted the company owner will pay for his advertising invoices as promised and agreed upon but he never did for 2 months. We stopped the campaigns and sent him multiple emails and called them several times to try to get paid. He has been ignoring our emails and calls. We even sent them an email to offer a payment plan option but still no response. Then, I get a call from his assistant to tell me that he quit his job and wished me good luck collecting the unpaid invoices. Finally, someone from his company called to promise payment and that our invoices are top priority but that never happened either.
