Multiple services were provided to NOHO Media Group LLC for the NMG NFTs Project. All services provided were discussed and agreed upon in advance with Matthew King II (Director of the project) and then provided on the promise to pay once complete. We waited for 3 months for the invoices to be paid.
Our Service and Agreement Contract states that the client has 21 days to pay the invoices once the services were completed. We have made several attempts to contact him for payment, but he has refused. The services provided by Art Collision Inc. are clear and well documented.

Attempts to resolve dispute:
We have been requesting Matthew King II from NOHO Media Group LLC to clear the outstanding invoices through emails and phone calls for the last 3 months. Initially, he said that he will pay it soon as he talks to his accountant. We asked him again to clear the dues and now he is ignoring our emails.
