KR CONTRACTING, INC

The CEO of KR Contracting has neglected to pay our consultancy fee and has been ignoring our emails. We have been working with KR Contracting on a 6 month agreement. On the 5th of December 2022 we were due to be paid $15,000. After noticing payment had not been made, I questioned the CEO. He sent us a email on the 8th of December 2022 stating that he had paused all vendors' payments as he had not been paid by his customers. We understood and agreed to give him some time, however, he began ignoring us and stopped giving us updates about work. On the 5th of January 2023 he decided that he no longer needed some of us, dismissed us and is now trying to do things alone. Money owed to us has still not been paid. This shows me that the company is not of good financial standing and I will not be doing work for them in the future unless paid upfront.
I have now sent him Statutory Late Payment. Charge invoice

I have emaield the CEO 4 or 5 times without reply. I have also sent him messages on Whatsapp without a response from him.
