Inteligencia Research commissioned incling ltd on the 21st of November 2021 to provide an online community platform and support services to run a 4-phase market research project.
The original proposal (from incling) signed off on the 21st of November 2021 by Inteligencia Research was for $5,910. This included 4 phases of research where incling would deliver platform hire (3 days per phase) as well as set up, onboarding of research participants and participant management.
The following phases were delivered by incling:
Phase 1: 3 day community with platform hire, onboarding, set up and participant management. Invoice of $1,477.50 paid by Inteligencia.
Phase 2: 3 day community with platform hire, onboarding, set up and participant management. Invoice of $1,477.50 paid by Inteligencia.
Phase 3: 2 day community with platform hire, onboarding, set up and participant management. Invoice of $1,043.00 paid by Inteligencia.
Phase 4: 3 day community with 1 day extension. Platform hire for 4 days, onboarding, set up, participant management. Invoice of $1617.50 due on the 21st of January 2023 still outstanding.
Despite multiple email reminders, calls and attempts to contact Inteligencia Research by both incling ltd and our chosen debt collection agency, Inteligencia are ignoring our calls and refusing to pay for the final phase of the research (despite this being delivered to the same standard as the previous phases and no complaints being raised at the time).

Attempts to resolve dispute:
Multiple attempts have been made by incling to email and call inteligencia to resolve this payment since January 2023. We eventually handed Inteligencia over to our chosen debt collection agency in May 2023 who have also made multiple attempts to resolve the issue. Inteligencia Research is ignoring their calls.
