Elkat

Our company completed 5 separate Service Calls to work on some refrigeration units for their customers as we are a certified and licenced Refrigeration company, and Elkat did not have a licenced Refrigeration Technician. Company manager approved our work, and even gave POs on some (not all). We completed the repairs as per our agreements, and were aware of Elkat even charging their customers for our work, AND getting paid for our services, but they have not paid us. We are now charging interest as per our invoice terms and conditions

Emails to their accounts receivable on outstanding balances. We were asked to give them some time to resolve some financial difficulties. Time was given and then no payments. Discussions resumed with payment arrangements made. We even agreed to wave charging any interest, but after one single small payment ($308.69 of a total of over $5000) was made, then not a single payment since. We were again asked to give some time, and then a discussion with the owner when we called. Owner said they have many people to pay, and he wasn't going to pay our invoices until he pays other people first. This has been going on for 1.5 years.
