Numerous times and an ongoing legal case

This is a legal matter and the person who posted this is aware that the corporation is closed and has been for 2 years. The matter is with a corporation; the contract is with the corporation. Adrian and I have separated (the reason the business is no longer operating). There is a legal file and judgement already placed. In addition, a payment plan was set up. Due to our ongoing separation and changes to income we need to contact their lawyers office to renegotiate. We are still working through personal matters and custody. I find it unjust that given this has already had a legal and financial result this is being posted additionally. I have enough to deal with and there isn't anything I can do to resolve. The debt is noted with the court.
