10 invoices for service calls I did,with my own parts,and lots of promises
In April and May 2025,I did 2 service calls,and July and August 2025 I did 8 more calls for them,using my own parts off my truck as I run my own garage door company,and only worked at Encore when I had time and they needed my help.I always assumed they would pay up ,as Ive worked for them on and off for 4 years now,and they always squared up eventually.The manager is a smooth talker and outright liar,as Ive talked to him by phone,in person,and emails to him and the accounts lady.They promised to take care of it and nothing ever happens.

By phone,in person,emails,texts,always got a response with another weak excuse why it wasnt paid.
