Our charitable organization issued an invoice to Dynacare's head office in Brampton, Ontario on May 29, 2025 for garden design services and plants. The total amount due is $7,500. The payment was originally due on or before June 4, 2025 and is now significantly overdue. Our records indicate that the payment has still not been received.
Attempts to resolve dispute:
Since July, we have sent email and verbal requests approximately every 4 to 6 weeks to the Dynacare employee who engaged our services, whose response is to assure us that payment is forthcoming but that the company's finance department is reorganizing so we must be patient. This has been going on for over 5 months now. and our latest requests for payment have been ignored.
