In August 2025 we supplied a complete solar thermodynamic hot water system to Veerhart & Laffey, the terms of the invoice was payment on receipt and the system remained our property until payment made. They installed it in the customer's home before making payment to us. We know the customer paid them in full, for installation and equipment. Veerhart & Laffey have never paid us for the equipment. The Owner and Operations manager have failed to respond to our efforts at resolution, despite us offering payment terms over time.
Attempts to resolve dispute:
Repeated emails and phone calls. One email response only that apologized for the unpaid invoice but no definite response of how/when might pay. We note that their website has been taken down
